Disney’s “Treasure Buddies” Premieres on DVD January 31

It’s entertainment/entertaining Friday, so I thought I would pass this along to those of you with munchkins who have not yet been pestered you to your wits end about it. The 6th film in Disney’s “Buddies” franchise, Treasure Buddies, is full of action adventure when the Buddies find themselves in Egypt sniffing out “the greatest treasure known to animalkind.” Available in Blu-ray and DVD Combo Pack, DVD and Digital Download January 31st.

And since it is still National Train Your Dog month, I’m including a trailer of the film.  You can laugh at the evil cat where no one will see you, but then take a look at how poorly the family reads their dog’s body language – I think I see some opportunity for teachable moments with young children – and maybe instill a thought about what dog trainers must do to get the puppies to respond the way they need to for the movie…but that’s just me!

There’s music and film similar to Indiana Jones in depicting the trip to Egypt in a propeller plane, and I would guess that sets the tone for the rest of the movie!

I love the Buddy movies – they are so silly! That naked cat is awesome. You are right, i am pretty sure they were not focused on appropriate kid-puppy interactions-now that is going to bother me when I watch it!
