that lies (practically) flat on the leash - has been determined by the cool and new to me (it’s only been around since the late 90′s!) Random.org tool that offers the same benefit of picking numbers from the hat, without the bits of paper:)
I can’t show the tool on this site, which is a real pity as I had hoped to maximize transparency. Best laid plains….so, drumroll….I input 1 -10 to represent how many entrants, and it spit out #4.
