Media is all about framing, fairly or unfairly, how we the audience see what’s happening in the world. Happy pit bulls have never, in my experience, been considered newsworthy.
Several sources emailed this video, giving a view of pit bulls that is not one lodged in the consciousness of most people. Say “pit bull” and thoughts tend to immediately picture violent attacks, all based on media clips. Here’s a view of these dogs given by John Shipe that could be shared to help dispel this stilted, manufactured view.

Beautiful animals to bad about those mutilated ears! I wish the video didn't show the dogs in prong collars,makes them look more dangerous along with the ears. I lot of wonderful shots of happy loving dogs, a nice song too!
I can understand the ears, the dogs might have been adopted that way. I agree though that the shot of the dog in front with the prong collar throws you off. I understand it is a training collar, but some people think that a gentle leader collar is a muzzle.
