Up in San Francisco the San Francisco Gate publish an important warning about edible things that are poisonious to our dogs. “Pet parents have good reason to take the wrath of grapes seriously. Even in low doses, ingestion can result in acute renal failure. (The exact cause is not fully understood, but some experts think that there may be a toxic component in the grape’s skin.) Symptoms can include loss of appetite, lethargy, depression, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain.
